The self-coaching minute: Balance


Feeling of personal wholeness increases when our environment, mind, body and spirit are in balance.

Balance is a state of equilibrium.

How do you get yours?

The equinoxes are the only time when both the Northern and Southern Hemisphere experience roughly equal amounts of daytime and night-time. Equinox comes from the Latin aequus “equal” and nox “night”.

From ‘equal’ to ‘balance’ there is only one step, which my yoga teacher invited us to take this week. Working on body balance and where I needed to bring balance in my body made me think about the other areas of my life that I felt I needed to bring into balance.

This is the inspiration for the Self-Coaching Minute this week!
