26 Mar Celebrating
I’m celebrating three new coaching credentials this year!
Celebrating little steps and small victories (or big ones!) is good for us as our brain often tends to ignore or downplay the positive and magnify the negative.
The key benefits of awareness of our progress and success?
- It boosts motivation.
- It reinforces confidence and self-esteem.
- It makes us feel good.
- It enables us to identify the strategies that are working for us, so that we can apply them again to build habits and routines, or apply them to other domains of our life.
3 new coaching certificates
Celebrating three new milestones in my coaching journey this year:
I completed the Nature-based Coaching Certificate with The Natural Coaching Company (UK), deepening my ability to support others through nature connection – being in nature, with nature and for nature. A big thank you to James Farrell for creating such amazing content and for his natural, supportive and caring approach.
This experience has been life-transforming for me, and I am now officially a nature-based coach!
I also earned my Physical Intelligence Coach Certification with the Physical Intelligence Institute (UK), strengthening my understanding of the body-mind connection and how to actively manage our physiology to influence the balance of chemicals in our bodies and brains and boost our mental, emotional, and physical capacity.
This will help me to support others to manage their inner chemistry, respond to challenges constructively and reduce stress, improve performance, and strengthen their cognitive functions, creativity, decision-making, resilience and leadership. Thank you to Claire Dale and team, my pod and my peer coaching buddy!
Finally, I became a Soulwalk Leader with Soulhub (UK), which gave me the gentle push I needed to start leading mindful walks in nature, fostering wellbeing, connection with self, others and nature, and a sense of community. A heartfelt thank you to Carmen Rendell and Andrew Cuerden for their guidance, support and friendship.
What are you celebrating?
