This Autumn Check-in: Harvest, Compost, Seed Saving is an invitation to pause, take stock, and reflect on what to let go of and what to focus on moving forward.

This is a safe, judgement-free, reflective and interactive space. A space for you to:

• Reflect on your current inner and outer landscape.
• Harvest what has grown and ripened for you over the past months.
• Gain clarity on what you are ready to let go of.
• Identify what you want to carry into the next seasons.

Just bring yourself, a notebook, and a willingness to step out of your busy life and give yourself the time to focus on your inner landscape and inward energy.
