I grew up surrounded by nature and in the midst of a herd of sheep.
When I try to solve a problem, I go for a walk. When I seek inspiration, I go for a walk. When I want to shift my mood, I go for a walk… Being outside – in motion and in nature – boosts my dopamine levels, gives me energy, helps me self-regulate, and brings clarity and new ideas.
I believe that a change of scene and a deeper connection with the natural world can help us feel better, see more clearly, and ultimately become better humans, better neighbours, and better leaders.
There is significant evidence supporting the benefits of connecting with nature, of being in nature, and of walking in nature.
With this in mind, I am maximising opportunities for my clients to be coached in nature and with nature.

Nature is a source of inspiration offering endless metaphors for life, relationships, challenges, resilience and problem solving.
Nature is an invitation to re-connect with ourselves, to be present with our senses, to explore our emotions, to be in awe of beauty, to reflect and find meaning.
Nature is an invitation to observe systems and the interconnections of their parts, and observe how plants, insects and animals adapt, survive, and each contribute to the complex web of life.
