Reclaiming Self, Redefining Possibility: The Shifted Path of Women in Midlife is a 12-week group coaching programme to support women leaders and professionals in the international development, humanitarian, education and social impact sectors to navigate work, life and inner transitions.
Co-hosted by Laetitia Antonowicz, EMCC Accredited Coach supporting people through work, life, and inner transition and Ashley Clayton Hertz, Ed.D., ICF Credentialed Coach (ACC), supporting people to grow through change and uncertainty, this coaching programme will gather a group of like-minded women to reflect, learn and evolve together, creating a powerful space to dream, grieve, and unleash the energy and clarity that help to reconnect with self and step with courage into the unknown.
